Advanced injection technology has made it possible to decrease the overall size and weight, increase strength and direct all available air to the components that must be kept cool.

New evolution armature and coils specifically designed for core drilling increase output power and decrease revolutions as resistance from the core bit increases. This is the ideal environment for diamond tools to operate to their maximum performance potential.

Latest technology shafts and helicoidal gears are recessed and drilled in every practical location. The new design has increased strength, reduced noise, lowered weight, improved lubrication and reduced the overall gearbox size. The ‘never-dry’ clutch slip discs are protested and lubricated in the recess of a gear wheel.

Research has proven surplus power capability is one of the solutions to ensure high durability of motors. The R15 motor series have a very high input capacity however, the maximum rated input is set to 1500W.

Noise has been significantly reduced and also tuned to set new operating standards.

Spindle torque vs. input power sets a new benchmark.

The concept of power is sometimes misunderstood. It is often assumed that the rated input power is the actual power produced. This is not an accurate method to measure the productivity of a machine. What is really important is the torque produced at the spindle.
