Wall saws: WS-1204 E

With ABS and 810mm cutting depth

The CEDIMA wall saw WS-1204 E is eqipped with a ABS feed control system that controls the feed speed according to the speed of the saw blade, thus preventing the saw blade from getting jammed on account of a too high cutting pressure.

Due to electronic adjustment the maximum output of the hydraulic power pack is constantly required. So you can increase your daily output and reduce your tool costs.

The cutting arm swivelling by 360 degrees enables cutting beyond the end of the guiding rails. The saw is equipped with a "drive-along" blade guard and permits flush cutting up to 5mm distance to the wall without flush cutting flange.

The rail system

The rail system of the WS-1204 is manufactured of a high-solid magnesium alloy.

The guideways and the toothed rack are made of steel and are interchangeable.

The rails are available in 700 and 1400mm lengths.

The steel rail blocks for fixing the rails on the wall are also available in a version equipped with a swivelling ball joint.

Closed "drive-along" blade guard, 3 pieces, to be opened on both sides for cutting in corners.
