Wall saws: WS-400

Due to it light and compact construction the wall saw CEDIMA WS-400 is the ideal one-man-saw for daily cutting jobs on job sites. The cutting arm swivelling by 360 degrees enables cutting beyond the end of the guiding rails. The "drive-along" blade guard provides security during the cutting operation.

As the change of the blade drive motor from hydraulic to electric drive and vice-versa is only a matter of seconds the WS-400 guarantees a maximum of flexibility for all job sites conditions.

The well thought out construction of the saw permits flush cutting up to 5mm distance to the wall without using a flush cutting flange.

The rail system

The rail system of the WS-400 is made of extremely torsion resistant aluminium.

The guideways and the toothed rack made of steel can easily be changed in case of wear.

The rails are available in 700, 1400 and 2100 mm lengths.

The rail blocks are made of high-solid magniesium alloy equipped with a dove-tail receptacle and can be infinitely displaced on the rail.

The wall saw WS-400 H is a fully hydraulic driven and controlled wall saw. What makes the saw stand out is a compact and robust construction.

The saw can also be driven by external aggregates, for example a mini-excavator.

The cutting arm construction can be swivelled by 360 degrees.

Flush cutting up to 5mm distance to the wall without flush cutting flange can also be effected with the WS-400 H.

The hydraulic power pack HAG 12-2 with integrated feed control can also be used for operation of CEDIMA Automatic Wire Saws CSA-500 H and CSA-100 H.

The CEDIMA hydraulic power pack HAG-12.2 is suitable for the blade drive as well as for the control of all functions.
